Direct cooling temperature control unit TCU

It uses water under atmospheric pressure as a coolant and is designed to automatically maintain a constant set temperature in the consumer circuit. Cooling and heat removal are carried out by simply mixing cooling water into the consumer circuit using a three-way modulating valve.

They include a number of models with / without heating elements, depending on the requirements. Operating temperature range for temperature controllers without heaters up to 50 ° C, with heaters up to 90 ° C.

Various TCU thermocontrollers can be connected to one cooler and installed next to consumers to provide individual temperature and pressure and flow characteristics.

The water flow through the consumer is 2−24 m3 / h, the power of the blowers is 3−36 kW.

Direct cooling temperature control units allow:

  • To set a cooling processing temperature closed to the chilled water temperature
  • Possibility to operate between chilled water temperature up to 50°C (version without heaters)
  • Possibility to operate up to 90°C when unit is equipped with heater(s)
