Air cooled water chillers
Chillers with air-cooled condensers - are the most common type of coolers
used in manufacturing.
Industrial water coolers of this type are designed for installation both
indoors and outdoors.
Cooling capacitor panels can be done in several ways:
- With the help of axial fans, this type of fans is preferable to be used in the case when the chiller is installed outdoors, as well as in the case of using small water coolers of low power;
- using centrifugal fans, used mainly when installing refrigeration equipment in the premises, in this case, prevents an excessive increase in temperature in the shop in the summer because the air through the ducts is thrown out onto the street and heated in winter;
- With the help of axial pressure fans, this type of cooling of the after-cooler condensers is the golden middle between centrifugal fans and axial fans: they are lower than the version with centrifugal fans, and the problem of hot air emission from the condenser panels from the room is solved.
The monoblock design of an industrial water cooler allows significant
savings in production space, as they are easy to install and maintain.
Industrial coolers are suitable for both modular installation close to the
process equipment and can be used in centralized cooling systems of
enterprises.
Easy installation allows you to increase cooling capacity with increasing heat
load by simply parallel installation of additional units of water coolers.
To connect the water cooler it is only necessary to supply electricity to it
and connect the hydraulic circuit.
