Cooling tanks are essential components in the aluminium
Green Box has designed a range of stainless steel tanks equipped with all
required devices for smooth operation.
Main features:
- Stainless steel tank with rounded shape sides for higher mechanical resistance
- Additional internal basket in stainless steel, easily removable for proper cleaning. This basket is made with 3 mm stainless steel mesh. Different mesh available on request.
- High flow circulation pump to grant good thermal exchang
- High efficiency brazed plate heat exchanger
Technical features:
- Solenoid valve for automatic filling controlled by level sensor
- Temperature probe to control pump start/stop and high temperature alarm
- Stainless steel pipes
- Compressed air connections to increase water turbulence
- Tank on supports fitted with eyebolts for easy lifting
- Tank body suitable to lodge supporting masks for interchangeable dies
- Electrical panel with 3 m cable for installation close to the user
- Strainer
