Cap Feeding Conveyor System
The cap feeder consists of a stainless steel funnel, coated with special rubber and positioned under the mold.
A high pressure fan conveys the molded caps through a Venturi tube.
The pipes used for the conveying are made in food grade polyurethane suitable for use in the food industry.
Suitable for a 5 m distance, formed of:
- Collecting funnel to be installed under the mold. The funnel in stainless steel, coated with a special rubber
- Venturi injector
- High pressure fan
- Antistatic flexible polyurethane hoses suitable for the food industry (10 m in total)
- Control panel integrated in the Cap Cooler
